For a lifetime of holidays visit our on-site Sales office. Four Seasons Country Club offers a choice of one or two bedroom apartments or two bedroom villas (townhouses). The interiors are spacious and are decorated and fitted to the highest standards. The availability at the Club can be limited in the most popular months but the sales office does offer members or potential buyers the option to place your names on our enquiry list whereby we will do our best to fulfil your request. Prices vary throughout the year. Membership is in perpetuity and may be sold or bequeathed. It can be rented out or exchanged for other resorts throughout the world by joining Interval International, an exchange company (a fee does apply). Purchase of membership is restricted to a specific unit number(s) and week(s); ownership provides membership of the club for fifty-two weeks of the year. Four Seasons Country Club is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England. The owners of the company are the members of the club. A board of directors, elected by the members, are responsible for the management of the club. The Four Seasons Country Club’s continual commitment to improve the resort has made the club a firm favourite with our members and guests. The sales office is located adjacent to the mini-market. Membership of Four Seasons Country Club can be achieved by purchasing one or more weeks in an apartment or villa(townhouse).
The golfing facility offered by the Club is second to none. Members are entitled to up to three hours daily of guaranteed starting times on the Quinta do Lago courses and benefit from preferential rates. Membership is in perpetuity and may be sold, given away, or bequeathed. It can be rented out, or exchanged for other resorts throughout the world with Interval International the major exchange company. Members are entitled to use all of the club’s facilities for all 52 weeks of the year. Club is ultimately owned by the members, who took full control of the club from 1988, and is administered by a board of directors elected by the members. Four Seasons Country Club Ltd, the parent company, is registered in England and is a company limited by guarantee. The day-to-day operation of the club is the responsibility of the General Manager who is appointed by and reports to the board of directors.Availability is constantly changing and at popular times of the year can be very limited. Units are only available on a resale basis and the prices practised are those agreed between the vendor and the purchaser. The sales office keeps an updated list of availability, weeks are listed by the month and week.
